Ristorante Asso

Description: In the green of the Tuscany hillsides, there is a restaurant where you enjoy exquisite fish dishes, the "Asso Restaurant", an ancient farmhouse completely restored, whose first walls date back to the fifteenth century, creating a charming scenery, full of history, and that surrounded by a gorgeous green and shadowy park invites you take a long stop where you can appreciate not only the food specialties, but the Tuscany countryside fragrances and peacefulness as well.

The cooking:Giuliana's recipes still haven't been revealed to anyone, her dishes just have that little something that the others don't, her secret?…the freshness of ingredients: everyday she makes fresh fish arrive from the seaside, season vegetables are just picked in the garden, homemade pasta made everyday.
Giuliana has many specialties, she cooks shellfish divinely, prepares marinated salmon splendidly and what about her sea bass filled raviolis?… delicious, and these are just a few of her goodies!
As for the wine, to advice you between a "Cervaro della Sala" or a "Domaine Laroche Grigio", between a "Lacrima Christi del Vesuvio" or a "Pinot Grigio" and more between a "Principessa Gavia" or a "Greco di Tufo" there's Debora, Giuliana's daughter, who takes care of the dining room service with the same passion and experience of her mother.
