The wine-farm "La Casella" is located in the heart of the territory which products the Vino Nobile di Montepulciano. Our farm is linked through generations to the cultivation of the ground and particularly to vine growing.The owners theirselves are focused on preserving the philosophy of Alfio Carpini who founded the farm to produce top quality and organic grapes. A rigorous pruning, which reduces the production of the grapevine and a careful attention at the harvest time, gives to the wine, besides the typical characteristics of the area, a good structure, elegant and balanced, which will get a particular importance once in the bottle.

Olio Extra Vergine d'Oliva
The hills, which surround Montepulciano, divide with the wine the reputation of olive oil. The olives Frantoiano and Moraiolo are cold pressed. To use as seasoning for raw and cooked food.
