Le Colline Dei Sogni - San Casciano Dei Bagni

From March 2011 we will be running a luxury Guest House in our property in Villa Felceto, providing B&B services and weekly exclusive lettings in some periods of the year.

Villa Felceto is ideally located in a dreaming context amongst hills on the border between Tuscany, Lazio and Umbria, half way from Rome to Florence, only 5 minutes away from Fonteverde Wellness & SPA in San Casciano Dei Bagni.
The Villa offers an astonishing view on Monte Amiata and Val D'Orcia and it is the perfect site for guests searching harmony and beauty.
Covering an internal surface of over 500 sqm, it has been designed to sleep twelve people comfortably, with a total of six bedrooms and spacious reception rooms. In the winter guests can snuggle into a huge oval sofa in front of a log fire, and in the summer they can enjoy our large swimming pool.
The house is entirely furnished with antiques, collected by several generations of the owner family, and has recently been restored to the highest standards; for instance every floor and bathroom tile has been hand-made.
There is a big reading library, strong on art history, general history, and novels, as well as Sky TV for those who enjoy it.
Some of other interesting attractions in the area are the Cities of Perugia, Siena, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Pienza, Lake Bolsena, Etruscan Archaeological sites, natural SPA in Saturnia and San Filippo and various wine and food tours.
