Ristorante Villa Nottola

Description: Villa Nottola is a smart restaurant furnished with the typical tuscan style, with a main hall and two other rooms all with air conditioning for a total of 75 seats. During the summer you can enjoy your meal out in the garden from which you have a great view on the classical tuscan panorama.

The cooking: You will be served with soups from the old farm tradition, hand-made pasta, wild-boar sausages, beef meat from the Chiana valley (chianina) together with vegetarian dishes and creative cuisine. For these dishes we use principally local products which are anyway visioned by the Chef personally. A well supplied cellar gives the possibility to find always the wine that best combines to the dishes proposed, priority given obviously to the most famous tuscan wines like "Brunello" and "Chianti". To the wine-lovers we advice to visit our cellar of the farmhouse Nottola where the "Nobile" wine is produced and aged.
